In order to improve the team cohesion of the company, and at the same time to allow the company's employees to combine work and rest, we organized and participated in the annual all-staff outdoor activities.
Ice Breaker Games
Step 1: Find Your friends
It's the annual summer expansion again. Look, a group of energetic young people are actively looking for friends. They quickly find the comfort zone, having no idea that they are "trapped" by the game coach…
Step 2: Develop Team Culture
Breaking the gap between members, strengthening mutual understanding and trust, forming the common value of team members, stimulating the enthusiasm of participants, and creating a happy and warm atmosphere, a contest of wisdom and cooperation is about to begin!
Step 3: Challenge the No.1
This session is divided into five small games, and it requires each team to complete every game consecutively within the specified time. These small games can help the teammates find various problems of the team, and through the activities, adjustments will be made and these problems will finally be settled. Within a specified time, members of each team will work together to try to complete the five games (which can be reasonably arranged according to the situation). After the end of the warm-up, a comprehensive assessment will be carried out: each team will compete with one another, and the members of each team will coordinate and cooperate to face the challenges of five consecutive games without violating the rules. The team with the shortest time of completion will be awarded the honorary title of "NO.1"!
Wonderful Moments
Step 1: Castle of Numbers:
When the team enters the challenge "Castle of Numbers" together, the listed mumbers must be accumulated continuously from the minimum. The whole process cannot be interrupted (the challenge should be restarted after each failure). At the same time, skipping of any number is prohibited.
Step 2: Land Curling Challenge:
Curling is a gentleman's sport that pays attention to etiquette, emphasizing that the process is more important than the result. Players shake hands with their opponent before and after the game. It is also a skill sport, a traditional sport and a beautiful curve of curling is extremely pleasing to the eye. Curling is a competitive sport, but in essence, it requires good sportsmanship, friendly and respectful behavior. Curling players should not only meet the precise technical requirements like Snooker, but also have the strategic layout of Go. It is a game that perfectly combinates of intelligence and team cooperation.
